“To be closer

we have to feel inside

think that before

I was just a body

Now I dance between the lines

a little here, a little there

I mark the line

my heart the rhythm”

I need to talk about cycles, about the everyday, giving voice to feeling and expressing life through art. Through theatre, music and writing I have learned to create my own life preservers and I always say that writing is reading and reading to myself, it heals me. I love exploring and observing the body as an expressive instrument, since it is a container of what we are and feel.

I write to read myself and the world, to recognise myself inhabiting words, to heal myself. I write to give voice and visibility to the essence. I write and create because it is necessary.

I don’t believe in “labels or titles”, I just know that curiosity has always led me to want to learn, create, nurture myself, evolve as a person and all this is a gift to my inner artist. I studied theatre, musical theatre, singing, social communication and to this day I took different courses in literature, poetry, short stories, etc.

Currently I share creative writing workshops to develop writing from the experience itself to flow in the expression, the game with the imagination, outside of what is “good or bad”, outside of what is expected, rather creating.

Thus, I am currently expanding my first book “Mundo Ama.rillo”, a CYCLIC, POETIC AND SELF-MANAGED project.

I am also dedicated to participating and promoting activities of collective creation, through poetry, free expression and gender perspective.
