“I just want to make you see through my eyes”

Since I was little I have been involved in the world of art. I have never stopped creating whether it be painting, crafting or making digital content. More or less three years ago, I started creating art with “an intention”.

One of the reasons for my art is nature, especially the life forms that inhabit it. I am obsessed with insects, reptiles and amphibians mainly, and all this is also reflected in my projects.

I am also into everything related to digital work. For over two years, I’ve been doing video editing, usually anime, in a totally new style. I also make short stop-motion films all on my own, with subsequent editing.

For my more naturalistic facet, I use my mobile phone as a resource. I’ve always liked to get the most out of things, and my samsung’s galaxy a51 camera is no different.

My main source of inspiration is an immeasurable love for nature and a lot of curiosity about digital art. I try to bring the viewer as close as possible with my photography, taking detailed macro shots of the animals. In my art I always try to give a twist to the subject of natural photography.

In my digital facet, I take advantage of Adobe programs: after effects, illustrator, photoshop, etc. Using them to make animations and video editing that I share with the public on my social networks. Joshua’s most “pain” side is reflected in my video creations.

I always have a tight schedule because I like to do too many things in one day. Almost every day I go to nature looking for insects, reptiles or amphibians to photograph. I also have my editing time at home, where I prepare my projects and materialize them. In addition to keeping all my work in mind, I am doing higher studies in graphic design.

Right now I’m working on a project about insect macrophotography, but with a twist. I have many projects in mind and some others in process, both photography and video.
